Jesus, when teaching us of the signs of the times, prior to His return says to look for some thing in the culture of the last days.

Matthew 24:36–39 (NLT) “However, no one knows the day or hour when these things will happen, not even the angels in heaven or the Son himself. Only the Father knows. “When the Son of Man returns, it will be like it was in Noah’s day. In those days before the flood, the people were enjoying banquets and parties and weddings right up to the time Noah entered his boat. People didn’t realize what was going to happen until the flood came and swept them all away. That is the way it will be when the Son of Man comes.”

Jesus was referencing the true real world description of the days surrounding Noah’s life recorded for us in Genesis 6.

Just as the world was not expecting rain drops or the flood, those unbelievers living in the times of the Rapture of the Church won’t be expecting it.  It is not until the Church is removed and the judgment of God begins that the people begin to realize that the Bible is true!

Jesus mentions 4 things to look for:

#1 – POPULATION EXPLOSION.

Some estimate there were some 5 billion people alive then. (7.8 Billion Today)

#2 – There were ABNORMAL SEXUAL PRACTICES.

This is self explanatory. Pornorgraphy is a $130 Billion (estimated) industry and costs an estimated $16.9 Billion in lost productivity just for those watching online at work!

#3 – Man’s IMAGINATIONS were growing more EVIL and EVIL.

One glimpse of the evening news or one moment scrolling through the Drudge Report reveals this!

#4 – VIOLENCE filled the earth.

Despite the fact that God raised up a man, Noah, a preacher of righteousness warning them of judgement to come, and despite the fact that day in and day out he just kept on building that big old boat, the people went on with their business, living their lives IGNORING the warnings of God. Man’s mind had become so polluted that even in his imagination he was dreaming up ways to commit evil. ‘Imagination’ is from a Hebrew root word relating to pottery: It means ‘to fashion as a potter’. Man was fashioning godless philosophies, obscene idols, developed perverted and depraved sex acts, etc…

Think for a moment.  They didn’t have TV, radio, internet, cell phones, billboards, magazines, or any of the pollutants of today.

It’s AMAZING to me how we see these very same things on the rise in our generation…  BE READY.  GET READY!

AS WE UNDERSTAND THE TIMES:  know this, it will be very similar to the days of Noah!
