What does the Bible say about Hope?

Psalm 31:24 (NKJV) Be of good courage, And He shall strengthen your heart, All you who hope in the Lord.

Psalm 42:5 (NKJV) Why are you cast down, O my soul? And why are you disquieted within me? Hope in God, for I shall yet praise Him For the help of His countenance.

Psalm 146:5–10 (NKJV) Happy is he who has the God of Jacob for his help, Whose hope is in the Lord his God, Who made heaven and earth, The sea, and all that is in them; Who keeps truth forever, Who executes justice for the oppressed, Who gives food to the hungry.
